I coach companies, organizations, adults and teens on developing ritual and discipline for health, improving public speaking skills, and directing creativity and career paths. I’m a past speaker for Charlottesville Tedx (and a 2016 Tedx speaker coach). Local corporate clients have included Crutchfield Corp., MicroAire Surgical, Martha Jefferson Hospital, CFA, Martin Horn, Inc., and Real Estate III. Speaking engagements have included the Women in Leadership and Philanthropy Conference at UVA, the Women’s 4-miler Training Program, Blogville, CASA state conference, NRV Cares Annual Conference, the Humor in the Workplace Conference at UVA, the Go Girls Program through the Kluge Children’s Rehabilitation Center, and my own Community Wellness Series. I accept referrals from physicians and other professionals.
I’m also a playwright, actor, and a lecturer in the Drama Department at the University of Virginia.
